Our vas rad dept puts in

Our vas rad dept puts in quite a few of the medcomp ports. They are compairable to the others out on the market as far as i can tell. No particular probles/issues. The only port I have a issue with is the is the Cook Medical Power Port. This is the Only power port with "NO physical feature that identifies it as "power rated". This is the exact response from the Global Products Manager from Cook.

I use MedComp ports and

I use MedComp ports and others and have no issue with MedComp.  Added plus with MedComp is the 5F catheter/Power injectable...great for both arm and chest (Dingnity and Diginity Mini).  Infusion has no issues that are reported to me....and they would be!!!!

Disclosure:  I have done CE speaking for MedComp but not product related.  I am a clinical inserter.
