Help!

I'm a non-techno person who's fumbling through figuring out how to go paperless at the INS conference in Las Vegas.  Please advise if you have insight......

I have a recently purchased iPad.  I have put together a schedule for myself on the 'guidebook' link.  Great!  Anyone know if I can email that schedule to myself so I'll have it at the ready if I happen to be in a location where there is no wifi?  I would love to electronicly view handouts during the sessions and type in comments in the spaces provided.  Can that be done?

Is there wifi in the conference center?  There is none at the Rio where I'm staying.....  Unfair to make us pay extra and I'm not going to do it.  I should find a Super 8 and sit in the parking lot.  They have wifi there :-) .

Any other helpful tips are welcomed........

I just got an email--text below---

INS 2012 in Las Vegas officially begins Saturday. Throughout the meeting, see what you’re missing by visiting the “Live from Las Vegas” page on our Web site.

On the “Live from Las Vegas” page, you can access handouts from the sessions, view photos, read our daily blog, and even post comments. Just because you can’t be with us for the largest meeting of infusion professionals in the world, doesn’t mean you can’t join in the celebration! Think of it as “virtually” being there!

Just remember—at INS 2012, what happens in Vegas, ends up on “Live from Las Vegas.”

Maybe you can find the answers you need on their website?

Have fun!
