putting a PICC in a patient with h/o neurofibromatosis

Hi guys, I have a new question for you: I have an order here to put a PICC in this patient with neurofibromatosis. I'm wondering how this will look like on ultrasound. Will I be able to isolate my vein, considering all those neorofibromas. I'm having difficulty placing peripheral lines as it is, because his skin is bumpy. I don't have to do this until Monday (today is Saturday) as we only put PICCs Mondays thru Fridays.

Thanks in advance!
