Does anyone have extravasation guidelines for their RNs and extravasation patient education handout that you are willing to share? Thanks in advance! Aegunde1@gundluth.org

ONS guidelines
If you're talking anti-neoplastic meds, ONS Chemo/Bio guidelines has the latest on that. If you're giving anti-neoplastics, ONS offers a "Chemotherapy Provider Card" after taking the 2 day class and successfully passing post-test (80%, open book test). With the tuition cost, you get the Guidelines publication.
