I have three update lists you might be interested in. 

The first is bi-weekly and includes all new content and forum topics since the previous update.

The second is sent is a monthly update which includes new content and the coming month's calendar postings.

The third is for messages from sponsors.  This will be used infrequently and will only be sent by me at a maximum of once a month.
