I just returned from the AVA conference and they said this would be the place to find a list of medications requiring acentral line. Does anyone know where to get this list?
I have posted to this message earlier but must have not hit the Save button. This list is very old, written by a home care pharmacists, lots of hospital meds not included and it was not created for the purpose of identifying vesicants. Sorry but it is not the encompassing reference that the original message was looking for. Marc Stranz, the original author has no plans to update this list either. Lynn
To my knowledge there is no such list. Lynn

Hi Cindy!
I was there also! Excellent conference, wasn't it? Rejuvenates my soul every time!!
Anyway, you've come to the right place! Go to the above tabs to "Downloads"
Then select "Forms, Flowsheets, Consents"
Then scroll down to "PH and Osmolarity Chart"
You should be able to find what you need there!
Hope this helps!
